We have many ways to be creative and help you with your situation.  Maybe just putting your home on the market is not the best solution.  We have experience with doing creative deals that will help you reach the finish line without doing anymore damage to your credit rating.  If a cash deal is what you need to move quickly on getting out of your current home, we have the resources to get that cash  deal for you.  If a cash deal just does not work, we have many other options that we can use to help you with your situation.
