We have many ways to be creative and help you with your situation. Maybe just putting your home on the market is not the best solution. The homes we offer for sale have been renovated by us. When we renovate a home, we do so as if we were moving into that home ourselves. We are always doing the "right" thing and not taking shortcuts. When you buy one of our renovated homes you can rest assured that if something needed to be fixed, we fixed it correctly.
If you would like to see records of our renovation, we can show you what we did to each or our renovated homes. We keep good records on every home we work on. Sometimes it is just some cosmetic changes and sometimes we take the home right down to the studs and start over.
